One of the things about having WLS is learning how to eat all over again. For me this has been a bit of a struggle. It's also very weird. I don't have much of a physical appetite, though I do still have quite a mental appetite, which puts me in the dangerous position of overeating if I don't listen to my body. Also, since most of my stomach has been removed, I never get that full feeling that you get when you have a nice big meal. It's very frustrating. Instead, I feel literally full, as in I feel it in my esophagus. Ok, admittedly, that's a _slight_ exaggeration. In any case, it has been a learning experience. I still eat too fast and I still don't chew enough, so I'm still getting sick on my food.
